“The race was on time and well organised. The gym's toilet facilities were available, they had water stations and some water and fruit at the finish with a little pack of sugary things. There were voucher and gym membership prizes for overall winners and 1st in category winners. The only negatives were that the start was very cramped and they only displayed gun time finishes, so there was no need to run through the frame. And the course has quite a few twists and turns.”
