“I almost lost my bag. The drop off counter was so chaotic during collection of the bag. I wanted to follow the instruction not to enter the bag counter but EVERYONE was already inside looking for their bags, some I saw stepping on other’s bags. It took me an hour to find my bag under the heat, that I vomited in the toilet due to mild heat stress. Sadly, that incident gave me anxiety and capped off the Expo Run in a bad light. Why did it ever reached that point? What if I lost my bag? So bad.”

Two areas I would recommend for improvement: 1) The water stations should be set up with the options of either paper cups with water (sustainable) or plastic bottles. Also, these should be spaced out so you can pick them up while running (most stations crammed them all together so there was no space to wrap your hand around while running) 2) The bag collection was a disaster. A big queue for over an hour while some people cut the line”
